7 Yoga Routines to Try During Your EESystem Session

If you’ve ever done yoga consistently, you know the benefits of such a practice. If you haven’t, allow us to explain why you may want to give it a try. Some of the science-backed advantages of a consistent yoga routine include: improved flexibility, balance, strength, and mental health, stress relief, reduced inflammation, and even better immunity.

The key is consistency, yet the number one reason most people give for not moving more is lack of time. Of course, we all have the same 24 hours in each day, so it’s really a matter of priorities. If you’re here reading this blog post, chances are that you’re at least considering trying an EESystem session to improve your health. Well, that’s a minimum of two hours that you’ll have available. This time is important for meditation, prayer, setting positive health intentions, or just napping, so we aren’t suggesting you exercise the entire two-hour session. But why not try at least a few minutes of gentle movement during this respite? It’s a two-for-one health-promoting proposition you won’t regret.

You’d be surprised how much you can accomplish and how great you’ll feel after just 15 – 20 minutes of yoga in the EESystem chamber. Here are a few routines from which to choose. We even provide the yoga mats! If you have any injuries or physical restrictions, please check with your healthcare provider before doing this or any type of exercise. Without further ado, let’s awaken your muscles, increase your flexibility, center your mind, and enhance your vitality!
